Well, you go into bios and set the memory divider so it runs at 1066mhz. Then don't forget to set the proper memory voltage and timings!

Yes. Set the memory voltage to what the kit is rated for and also set the first 4 timings written on the sticker, the rest can be on auto.

Set your ratio in BIOS. and apply the factory settings like 5-5-5-15 etc and the voltage required for 1066.
Think that should help you.If I run my i7 at stock settings my 2000mhz ram is 1333mhz

You MIGHT see memory divider (or memory frequency) listed as 400 (not 800). Because AMD systems run a 2:1 ratio, they will list it this way. If it's 400, then set that value to 533 (since 533x2=1066). Make sense? Good luck!

I got the same set and it doesnt show up as 1066 mhz ,also 800 in cpuz.
The problem is,they wont run 1066 5-6-6-18 @ 2.15v.Mines need 2.22v to get to 1000mhz and 5-6-6-20... I hope you got a better set.

I'm having a similar problem with my G.Skill DDR3 1600 memory running at 800. I changed the BIOS from auto to 1333 and no change according to CPUZ. I set the timings to the box 9-9-9-24 settings. I couldn't find where to enter the voltage setting. The sticker says 1.5-1.6v.

I have the same problem.
The other problem I have is that the IMC doesn't play nicely with 2.1 volts... my solution is to Keep the voltage controlled by EPP so that it is stable at 50 mhz faster. If you do want to change voltage go to the MIT in the BIOS and go to system voltage control set it to manual and then go to memory (Dram?) voltage to set it.
