All RAM DIMMs will run at the same speed in the motherboard. What you are probably seeing is the SPD of the stick of RAM.
Can you post a screenshot of CPU-Z?

That's not possible, memory can only run at 1 speed. Check the "memory" tab in Cpu-Z, and multiply that speed by 2. That is your actual speed.
The SPD tab shows the speeds and timings the sticks are capable of.

if thats the case why does dim 1 run at 266mhz and 4-4-4-19 instead of 5-5-5-15

Also, please go to the USER CP at the top of the screen and then go to Edit System, middle of the page on the left. There you can fill in your System information for us to see.

That's the SPD tab. Like I stated in my last post that might have been the SPD of it. That is for the first slot or stick of RAM. Go to the top left drop down box of that tab and you can select the different slots.
The SPDs are basically preset settings for the RAM, depending on what strap/ratio your motherboard is running. Go to the memory tab and you will truly see what the RAM is running at.
