No, Cpu-Z simply reads out what you have set in the bios. Or you have left all settings at auto.

i think just keep the 2x512 ocz
the 1gb stick of hyperx is super slow and will not clock very much if at all
i know the ocz ELPT have samsung tcb3 or mosel vitelic chips that should clock to around ~450mhz
