Okay now this is a very brief description as Im still tryin to trouble shoot it myself. Anyways I bought a 4 gig set of OCZ2G10664GK ram and well it ran great for like 2 weeks. And then today I noticed that it was only running as DDR 800 not 1066
__________________ . So I looked around in my bios found the DRAM freq. setting changed it to 1066. Well my PC no likey that so I uped the DRAM voltage from 1.9 (in auto) to 2.0 (ram rated at 2.1) , and tried 2.1 as well. No matter what I do i cannot get this thing stable. When I try my ASUS Turbo V overclock thing, it instanly freezes (which works great at DDR 800 ) also with it at 1066, playing css I get BSOD's "PAGE_FILE_IN_UNPAGED_AREA" or something like that. Right now im just running one stick and waiting for css to reinstall bc the last bsod screwd my steam up .. Someone plz tell me what i should check here. P.S. i have my camera out to catch the next BSOD God why cant this happen when im sober?????

you probably need to set your timings to 5-6-6-18 then set it to 1066MHz.

You should look into the timings they are running at 1066mhz. It should be something like 5-5-5-18.

some will change automatically, some you can change the same way you change the timings. 5-8-8-24 are the important ones that you need to change, hopefully you will run at 1066MHz after you change your timings to 5-5-5-15, 5-5-5-18 or 5-6-6-18.

Wow, 5-8-8-24. That is way too high. Ok when you go into the bios there is probably and option called "Set DRAM timing by SPD" or something that looks like that. You have to disable it, and then you can set them manually. Usually you need the first 4 numbers.
