The Mushkin RAM is better.

The OCZ RAM voltage is too low, idk why they state AMD RAM when they make it compatible with Intel chipsets.

good AMD RAM has tigher timings with more Voltage typically. I'd go with the Mushkin.

the plats, my friend is a GREAT kit, i have it running at 1350 5 5 6 16 22 1t 2.1v.

For AMD lower timings are better, even if it means lower frequency

Voltage only matters to the IC on the module. Does not matter to AMD at all. Tighter timings run faster on AMD vs high frequency. AMD can't go to 2000 MHz due to IMC limitations so go with something that has tight timings with 1600 MHz.
