Default Question about my DIMMS

On my Asus M4A79T Deluxe do you have to use Slots 1 and 2 or can you use 3 and 4? I ask because my Xiggy Dark Knight covers the first dimm

You can use 3 and 4 but try to use the same color slots so you can have dual channel.
