would 2 more gb's help me out any? I all ready have 2xgb(see sig rig).

Not in 32bit Windows XP Pro SP3. It won't be able to utilize it all.

EDIT: Get if you're about to get a good deal, to futureproof. I'm sure you won't be on WinXP forever... I hope.

Well it comes to a point where your wasting money... I'd say anything above 4GB is a waste... Hell, I never go above 35% usage on my 6GB, and most of that is cached!

2GB's on XP pro is enough. As said more never hurts. Could even help but do not expect shocking improvements.

on your system, it wont.
dont bother buying 2 more sticks of oc3200... they're not worth it. its more expensive than DDR2.
save for a system overhaul.
