Ok, then well, you will have all 4 sticks running at 800.

Don't get what you mean by this. Here's a quick solution, just set the suggested timings that came with your package. After that, save and reboot and your system should be running properly. If not, then do what Andy said run memtest.

But the timing that came with my package I think are for 1066, that's why I'm so confused and need help. Unless those timings will work? I really don't know how all this works just how to change the timings and run the memtest thanks to you guys

****, I am almost out of ideas to help you.
![]() Ok, here's the thing. Test each memory stick (1 stick next to the cpu) and run memtest. If all stick passes, then use 2 sticks and run them at 1066, if its good, then put in all 4 sticks and drop them 800. Have them set on auto.

I don't mind running them all at 800, I've already accepted that this is my fate due to 2 of my ram slots only supporting 1066 and the other 2 do not. The only thing I'm asking is if anyone has some good timeings, when I was running at 4-4-4-12 it was abit faster than auto but 4-4-4-12 bsods some games. So the only problem I'm having is needing help with some better timings. I'm sorry if I'm asking too much, I really am.

Set them all to 5-5-5-18 (or whatever the default is), and then drop one timing at a time by one. So 4-5-5-18 first, then 4-4-5-18, etc. When you can't drop a timing any further, set it back to what was stable. Don't go below 4, it probably won't work.
To be honest, it's probably the last timing that's the problem. Going from 18 to 12 is a big drop. Try it at 15.

Cool, will try first 4-4-4-15 then the other method.
