Good job on that timing. Now try dropping the 15 to 14 and see how it goes.

Ok, then if you tried everything, I think it time you call for RMA process.

I mean, I gave you all the suggestions that I thought of. Even members here gave it all, and none is working for you. Perhaps you can RMA and explain what you're doing and prove them that its not working for you. Just be polite and they'll listen.

hello,
Why is your ram voltage?
I suggest that you increase it a little bit (0.1v at beginning).
You should be able to got 4 4 4 12 without bsod or even got 1066 (but with a 5 5 5 15 or 18) on all your slots!
On my mind AMD 780 chipset should support that... easily

I just see i got same memory as yours: mine run at 1066.
first set it in bios to 1066 and then also increase voltage to reach 2.2 (that is manufactor specifications)
You can let timing in auto but you should get 5 6 6 18 but with this voltage and even a little less they run at 5 5 5 15 for 1066 Mh. (i got 2.16V actually).
If you want to stay at 800 Mh, then increase voltage to 2.1-2.2V too and keep 4 4 4 13 for timings.
They can not run with 1.8V
If you stay on 1.8 V you just can get what you have: 800Mh and 5 5 5 18 for timings.
That is not really hard to set all that in bios,
good luke

I can only run them at 800Mhz because of my ram slots, And I've only tried 4-4-4-15/16 because the only way to find out if it will mess up is if it bsods because memtest says it's a ok.. but always at 2.1 v, Is there a specific voltage I should be using?

Snap, just do what Sylvanos suggested. When you changed those suggested numbers he mentioned, then test it and see how it runs.
