Ok so i put the old ram back in
Set the DRAM Voltage to 2.10v I saved the settings Exited the bios Shut down the pc Took out the old ram Put in the new ram And it still didnt boot So i put back in the old ram and it worked again Any ideas guys?

your RAM is bad... same thing happened to me, im in the process of an OCZ RMA at the moment.

It helps when the RAM is a different rated voltage.
As for your RAM, it's most likely bad. OCZ has great RMA support though.

How does it help?
When you put new ram in, you need the new sticks to be set at the voltage/timings they need. Resetting the CMOS is just going to set the voltage back to default at or around 1.8v, which sometimes is not enough to get the system to boot. Especially with people who don't remember all of their OC settings, boot settings, integrated peripheral settings....why would you recommend a CMOS clear? It's going to make a simple ram swap into a fox hunt, trying to get everything back to where it was.

I just tried putting the OCZ ram in while the system was on
And it was recognized fine by CPUID and the bios But as soon as i rebooted it didnt boot again

OMG OMG OMG....
Becuase my bios reset It reset my time and date So it made my windows 7 is not genuine because it changed the date and now i have to reinstall
