I found a good deal for this advertised at MemoryLabs.com. Should I be concerned that this specific product number isn't shown on the Super Talent web site?

Might just be a non-retail product. I can't find anything on their website since it is down atm. I do see a bunch of other sites selling it though. So most likely is a non-retail product.
