Default DDR3 Bandwidth vs Latency test

Ok well i've been wondering for a while on AMD systems, whats better , bandwitdh or latency.

So i decided to run a short test and i thought i'd share the results with you all

Tests were all done @ 3.6ghz with GFX at stock.

as you can see 1333 @ CAS 6 pulls ahead out of the bunch (by a tiny tiny bit lol).

SO, if you're a gamer playing crysis wondering what ram to get/use.... 1333 with tight timings!

So we got 1066 @ C5, 1333 @ C6 and 1600 @ C7

Not bad, not bad, but why do you use a 4890 on a 22" monitor instead of a 24"?

Sorry to say this, but you only tested the RAM on it's rated specs. Try 1066 CL4, 1333 CL5, 1600 CL6. Don't know if your RAM can hit those speeds, but at least there is a comparison.

To be more comprehensive do 1066 CL6, 1333 CL7, and 1600 CL8.
