Default Is my ram voltage too high?

I am just wondering if 1.94v for my memory is too high for day to day usage. It's running at 1333 @ 7-7-7-24. But it is rated at 1600 @ 7-7-7-24 and 1.9v on Newegg. Would I burn my memory and affects other system components, too, if running at a higher volt?

1.94 isn't much higher than 1.9 so you are fine.

Yes, but I have heard many people mentioning DDR3 voltage should be low, like 1.5ish

Set it to what it's rated for. If it burns out, RMA. Warranties are there

For Intel there is a ceiling. Their IMC cannot handle high volts. They should not exceed 1.7v max. For AMD there is no limit. Only thing is that your modules may degrade or burn up. Anyway, 1.94v is not high. Some people have used over 2.3v. I would not go higher than 1.95v for daily use though.

+1 for perfect explanation.

Only Intel guys have to worry about going over 1.65v for DDR3. Most OCZ kits have +.1v over voltage protection and do not void the warranty of overvolted. Like if your kit is rated for 1.7v, you can probably go up to 1.8v and not void the warranty. Of course they would never know anyway unless you really pumped voltage and somehow burned it or something...
