I just added another 4gb's of ram to my system (2gb x2) and the native for the ram is 1066mhz and will post at that speed when only running 4gb's but when i put in all 8gb's it will only post at 800mhz, why is that and can i get it back up to 1066?

You probably need more NB voltage as you're adding more RAM into the DIMM slots, creating extra stress.
