Default Sketchy RAM?

I came across this today and it looks like some really inexpensive RAM with some higher speeds. Is this legit?

Easily the sketchiest stick of ram I've ever seen lol, ram is like windshield wipers man you just open the package and put it in. You could settle for my RAM @ 1333mhz which was only $32 per 2GB.

That website looks dodgy from top to bottom.

The RAM doesn't even have a brand.

I searched around some more, their ranking on Google Products isn't bad at all but it's still sketchy...

http://www.google.com/products/revie...&cat=merchants

MORE: I then read the reviews on pricegrabber.com which leads me to believe that it's really generic RAM and has a low chance of working. I guess I'll stick with the Mushkin Silverlines I was going to get for $15 more...
