Default memory IC swaping????

i have some sdram with winbond chips on it rated at 7.5ns
if i were to somehow remove the chips from the pcb and put them on a ddr pcb what are the chances it will work?
my research tells me the difference between sdr and ddr is just the pcb and voltage when using the same tsop chip.
any thoughts?

Much of what looks like rudeness is not intended to give offense. Rather, it's the product of the direct, cut-through-the-bull**** communications style that is natural to people who are more concerned about solving problems than making others feel warm and fuzzy. Would you like to know more?
