Compaq Mobo OC Question - Overclock.net

Hey guys I've become newly interested in overclocking my comp. I found information on my processor (AMD SocketA Thunderbird - 1.2ghz) but I'm having trouble finding anything on my motherboard. I have the information from CPU-Z:
Manuf: Compaq
Model: 0708h
Chipset: VIA KT133 Rev. 81
Southbridge: VIA VT82C686

BIOS:
Brand: Compaq
Version: 786K3
Date: 05/03/2001

First Question: Is that a mobo thats even possible to overclock?
Second Question: Is there a way I can overclock the CPU without OC'ing the mobo?
Third Question: I can't find anyway to change my bios during restart, anyone have any ideas with that particular set?

Sorry but you cant oc compaq's. You can try software but its not really worth it.

Welcome!!!!! sorry but no you cann't OC your ssystem due to the fact that the biggies(dell,hp,compaqu)lock all bios function you need to OC

Wow thanks for the really fast replies. I'm not surprised I pretty much expected this. Soon I will be buying a new processor/mobo but just wanted to see if I could tweak a little more out of this one before I do. Thanks again guys!
