Question Boot fine but Windows wont start..?

Ok.. I am not quite sure what is going on but I can boot fine @ 200x13
and it will start up right way but it will not go into windows.

I would like to know what setting other people are running to get 2.6ghz

I have a Lanparty NF2 Ultra B and a Mobile XP 2400+ I steping with Patriot PC4000 ram.

Ram is not an issue because I can run 250mhz fsb no problem

I had Ram timimgs at 11, 4,4,4
Vcore at 1.90
Vmem at 2.8

as I said it will boot fine and right away but Windows wont load.. is it safe to go 2.0 vcore on air with Mobiles?

I had a similiar problem when I tried to go to 2.4ghz. It would post all day long but wouldnt boot to windows. I think its a stability issue. Its like its stable enough to POST but not enought to boot.

Possibly try lowering your cpu multi and upping ur fsb.

I found AS5 does best if you let the sys idle for 3 days and you will see the temps drop, it allows it to cure. Then you go for the OC.
YOu should look to a FSB in the 220s first and cut back the "X" and work up from about 2400Mhz.
Find the highest FSB you can.
