Either the lanparty or Ultra Infinity if you can find one. The Ultra Infinity is the non UV version (basically) of the lanparty, and somewhat less money than the lanparty.
Don't go with gigabyte, even though the boards you have listed are good, they don't like overclocking. The MSI Delta, and the Abit NF7-S are my 2nd and 3rd choices... ***EDIT and your cooling won't work on the GA-7N400 Pro2 Rev 2

I really want to stay away from Gigabyte anyways. Good boards but just want something different. I am leaning towards the DFI board, i will see where the poll goes. Thank you for your input and i also like the MSI. My dad just got a MSI board for his AMD 64 and he loves it!

I have another question on regards to upgrading the mobo. I already have PC3200 (2x256) PQI @ 2-2-2-5 (TCCD) running on Daul channel. All this mobos above have 3 x DIMM @ dual channel. Would it be ok the add on another one stick of the same memory PC3200 PQI (TCCD) 2-2-2-5 and still have the same effect of the dual channel for the 2x256 dual channel PQI?

Hmm I dont think it would, it would put alot of pressure on the memory controller though.. Just get yourself 1 gig of memory 2x512...

The MSI K7N2 Delta2 is supos to be like a mad man when using the b30 bios and a good CPU.
it's served my locked barton well, so I voted for it.

ABIT NF7-S. Take it from me. I have a DFI Lanparty NFII Ultra B, and it, sucks compared to the NF7-S.
