What does anyone think of this mobo?
MachSpeed MSNV-939 NVIDIA Socket 939 ATX Motherboard

Got a P4 1.8Ghz with ddr333Mhz pc2700 1.25Ghz of ram.
This will be a better upgrade from my asus P4s333 mobo.

Err.. you'll need a matching CPU to go with that board.

Socket 939 is for AMD CPUs, and your Intel CPU won' fit.

you can try Gigabyte 965P-S3 cheap and overclockable, but it support just LGA 775, but your CPU is not like a LGA socket procerssor. spend some money for upgrading your computer!

I think he wants to upgrade, but keep his RAM.

However, I'd seriously look into upgrading the whole thing.

You can get an AM2 MoBo/Dual Core CPU/2GB DDR2 800 RAM for around $250.

What is yuor budget for upgrading?

Shoot, Choz, I know there are some low end Core2 boards that support DDR.... he could probably get an E6420 and an ECS P4M800M for ~$200 or less.
