It's Vista ready if there are functional Vista drivers for all the services (devices) you use on your motherboard. I didn't see any Vista drivers listed for the A8R32 MVP Deluxe on the ASUS download page, so I'm gonna say that it's not Vista ready at this time unless Vista comes with the motherboard drivers built in. I also looked at the ASUS Vista ready list and none of their socket 939 motherboards are Vista ready.
__________________I just looked at the ULI site. There are Windows Vista drivers for the chipset, but they are in beta, and Realtek does have a High Def Windows Vista driver for the sound card, so it could be possible to run Vista on your machine if the beta chipset drivers work well.
