One is the actual vcore, it goes from I believe .8 to 1.55. The other is VID (vcore) special, and it's what allows it to run higher voltages. Basically, you select a voltage, then you select a VID special setting, which is a percent, like 103%, 112%, and so forth, and you just multiply that percent (1.03 for 103%) times the selected vcore and that's what your vcore will be.

vcore will go from .8 to 1.5 (stock) to 1.55 max. the vid will allow you to push farther than the 1.55 up to like >2v. i would hit 1.55 then push 105%, 110%. you can also leave it 1.5 and select higher vid.

use them in conjunction to find your favorite numbers
