I Just recieved the brisbane 4000, Biostar TF570 and G.SKILL Ram. The Auto Overclcok Feature in the bios was able to overclock the CPU to 2600mhz. I wanted to see how far i could push it manually. I raised the CPU Vid Voltage and the HT Voltage. After saving and exiting the bios, the computer restarted and would not post. I've tried resetting the CMOS but that hasn't worked. The mobo recieves power and the fans spin but the computer no longer beeps or posts.
Did i fry my mobo or cpu? Or is there someway i can fix this? I'd appreciate any help |

Try resetting CMOS. This will clear your BIOS and put it back into factory default.
-Fully turn off your computer and unplug the power supply wire/or turn the PSU power switch off. -Located a circular silver battery on your motherboard -Remove it -Let it sit without the battery for one minute or more -Place the battery back in and boot.

If cpu vid is another name for vcore, i set it to 2.0 or 2.2
I know now that that was way too high. The cpu did not get a chance to run at that voltage for long because as soon as i saved the settings and left the bios the computer restarted and wouldn't post. Do you think i broke the cpu, mobo, or both? |

I don't think that you broke it. I think you just need to reset the BIOS settings and you will be fine.
Check your motherboard documentation on how to clear the CMOS.
