duke's right, your psu could be a major problem not being able to supply enough powers.

Em.. the thing is that I can't update my bios -_- When I'm clicling on start update the live update turns off and nothing happens
__________________PSU ,huh ? Actually it's not a bad idea ,but it's 420W Chieftec ,so not so bad and it holds only mobo , graphic card , one dvd-drive , HDD , CPU cooler and network card ... and that's all ... I even got passive cooling on my mobo and graphic card and 3 additional fans are turned off . I think that even 300W no-name would be strong enough to hold those components stable .
