Default Problems with Raid Controller on Asus A8R32MVP mobo

I installed Gears of War on my PC recently and all of a sudden after I rebooted. I'm geting a new hardware wizard looking for my Raid controller. I went to Asus site looking for the drivers maybe and found them but when I went to download the file it shows as MakeDisk. When I opened the file there was no .exe file to run for a setup to install the drivers. So I'm wondering were I might find the drivers for my mobo or should I be looking for something else. Thanks!

The same thing happened to me with my old P965-DS3 is was annoying tried everything to fix it. Only thing that worked was a reformat of windows.

Drivers may not need an .exe, point the wizard to those files, unziped of course, perhaps that way you can avoid a full reload.

Welcome to the club. I've had the error for about 4 months now. Does it cut out your audio every 2 hours? If it does your stuck because no new drivers can cure it. There is a 41 page thread about it at DFI street. Since 939 has been dropped and Nvidia bought up ULI no new drivers will come out to fix the problem.
