all DDR2 6400 : OCZ 2GB XTC Platinum, OCZ 2GB XTC Gold and Corsair XMS2 2GB 5-5-5-12

And what motherboard would you guys recommend? Thats within the pricerange of course.

Thanks again!
I use the OCZ 2GB XTC Gold, Its very good RAM. But I think the Platinum is better, people have told me its quicker but i've not seen first hand. I've got no opinion on the Corsair, never used Corsair RAM so i'll not make judgement. Though you stae the corsair is 5-5-5-12, I think the OCZ Platinum is 4-4-4-15 and the gold is 4-5-5-15.

Motherboard, the one I posted a while back was my best choice:

Asus P5K SE

Considering the upcoming release of so many new products whether they be Intel/AMD and or ATI/nVidia this is IMO possibly the worst time in 2 years too consider an "upgrade".

My advice would be that you wait a bit and see how the upcoming products perform.

If anything it is likely that the price of older tech will drop dramatically regardless, therefore waiting a few weeks or months in the end is a win/win situation.
