Which is a better OCer? Biostar TForce 550 or 6100?
I'm debating between these two boards.
__________________I would assume the 550 is the better one, but double checking.

the 550 is newer so I'd say so.

550 for sure, BUT, I'd strongly recommend the 560 over the 550. The 560, if you need the OV video, its newer, better and had both VGA and DVI outputs.
