3.4? At what ridiculously high voltage were you running this chip on? If you can do it again and get a CPU-Z screen shot that would be amazing!

thenailedone: You take it from here, I need to sleep

EDIT: run the stability tests for a good 10-30 minutes on the way up, but once you near your max be prepared to run them longer (1hr, 5hr, 10,hr, 24hr) That is if you want to find a stable 24/7 overclock. On the other hand if you just want to do a suicide benching run it only needs to be stable enough to run the target benchmark

EDIT #2: OCCT is a really great stability test that takes about 30 minutes to run.

Perhaps your thinking of OCCT

I know the feeling.

OCCT as recommended by The Bartender Paradox is a good indicator of preliminary stability.

For the record, I'm running mine at 120 MHz. I wouldn't recommend much more than 114 though.

... if the temps. are low enough and the system is stable enough... keep in mind what happened the last time... so run OCCT and make sure the system can handle the current OC before moving on... *please note: i use Intel and that is all of the experience I have, no AMD OC from me*

PCIe @ 103= a PCI of 34., 106=35, 109=36, 112=37. A PCI above 37 is asking for trouble.
