Default wat should i set PCIE clock to before over clocking?

last time i didnt do this my ide controller died and had to do RMA lol mobo is below with all my other stats thanks

Stock PCI-E frequency is 100MHz. I have heard of people seeing marked performance improvements with a mild overclock on this though, but not more than 10-20MHz. You seem to have fully experienced what happens if you overclock your PCI-E bus to far.

Leave the PCIE speed where it is... lock it at the stock speed... and you will be fine

oc @ 2.64 from 2.31 i am only at 15% overclock so i'll go little more thanks you think i should go for 3.0?

3.0 is a lofty goal to reach for! I say go for it, but remember to only increase your clock speed in small increments, and stability test every time. Check those temps too! I haven't seen many 4400's push 3GHz, though, just to put it in perspective, especially on air.

lol well i had it at 3.4 dont ask how but i did and i pushed it more and it p00ped but now i know wat not to do i hope~ or i should do this my rig
