Default cant change voltages on shuttle board?

I have a shuttle mn31L running a sempron 2400, now ive been able to OC this chip to 2000mhz w/ a 200mhz fsb and a 10x multi, but i would like to drop the FSB and increase the cpu voltage when i get my new heatsink and fan (vantec aeroflow 2 VA4-7245) . But i cant figure out how to change the votages on this board. i looked through the manual but no soultion there. I know the multipler on the chip is locked, but could the voltages be locked on the board?

not all mobo or bios give you the option to change certain voltages
so unless you flash the bio or do some voltmods for your mobo
either that or upgrade

@X-Zenity: Edit button works wonders

@Incubusions: Flashing BIOS means that you update your BIOS (Basic Input Output System) to get more options for overclocking and take the full advantage of that mobo.
I have a FAQ on this. Check my sig, please.

voltmods you need at least some experience with soldering or else you might damage your mobo
im not sure if your shuttle has any voltmods but try checking around
