In the SPD section of CPUZ you will only see the supported speed and relative timings of your memory. Could you post a screenshot of the memory section of the CPUZ.
You can try everest to find out the memory timings.

Try hard reset the bios and then setup everything. Also are you pushing any extra voltage to the ram? Cause RAM needs extra voltage to run in low latency.
