Try hard reset the bios and then setup everything. Also are you pushing any extra voltage to the ram? Cause RAM needs extra voltage to run in low latency.

yea tried that before with no luck ..... why would a motherboard put options in the bios to change the timings and they don't do anything at all ? i tried ntune and it changes the bios options fine in windows .....
