Angry new biostar nf61s-m2b bios need help please

hi umm got this biostar nf61s-m2 TE but in cpuz its called nf61s-m2b ... not sure if thats much of a difference ....umm anyways the problem is its not letting me change the memory timings. ok in the bios in the memory settings there is one side everything is on auto for like cas latency ect....and on the other side it list what the current settings are at. so when i change something like cas latency from auto to say 4 and then i save the bios and boot to windows, cpu-z says its still set to 5 latency or default settings. so i go back into bios and check the timings and its still set from auto to 4 but on the current settings list it still stays on default memory timings. i know its not the cmos battery cause other settings i can change and they are saved fine. i have a 5200+ brisbane cpu over clocked no problems. im not sure if there is something i need to set in the bios that will let me unlock the timings... this motherboard has a ton of memory and overclocking options to change but they just wont change as far as memory timings go. here are my cpu-z info

this is the motherboard -> http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16813138103

any ideas out there on what the deal could be? thanx

Well it means your video card isnt runnin at the full x16 speed it should. Go into bios and raise your PCI E frequency to lol 101-105 and see if that helps. I have to run mine on 105 to get it to run x16.

You can go up to 115 AT MOST. Try 105 to start with.

its already flashed to the latest version. they only had one version out to flash .... i tried ntune lets me change the memory timings values, but just not in the bios. my cpu overclock is very stable @ 3.0 as far as the 8x link width not being 16x .... im not sure why its showing that? the card and the motherboard both support 16x ....

Did you try putting the PCI Frequency to 105 in the bios?
