I think I may have found it.
I took the IDE drive (The one I put in ), and plugged it into a really OLD rig and I couldnt even hear the drive spin-up. Somehow... I think the worst has happened. I created my own Hard-Drive-Holocost. I think I somehow destroyed my hard drives myself. I dont know if I had mentioned it earlier, but one of the rail/wire/thingys I had been sleeving had begun to set itself on fire (The red-wire was touching the black one). That was the rail that the hard drives had been on. I believe I have shorted out the electronics in my Hard Drives. ****.

It could be worse I suppose. You could always check out the HDD's warranty, and you could do with new ones anyway. However - In future unplug everything before doing work on anything. It would have been easier to braid/test the PSU out of the case anyway. Hope you have it sorted and that nothing else got fried. Don't forget it may also be your PSU - that rail may not be able to power hard-drives, so don't write off the HDD's yet. Try a different PSU if you can. Also did you check jumpers.

I placed all the jumpers on "Cable Select", and I put one of the hard drives into a different rig, and - Nothing -
I tested to see if there was power going out of the PSU by taking it out, doing to paper-clip trick to turn it on, and plugging fans, lights, etc into it.
