Default M2N32-SLI Deluxe won't power up

My Biostar board's graphics slot died, so I ordered the Asus open box off Newegg. I got it all hooked up and the system doesn't power up. any ideas on what I could do before I RMA it?

edit: are all cmos batteries interchangeable?

would switching the cmos battery help?

On Newegg they say that the manufacturer tests open box items. B.S.

Any recommendations on a Socket Am2 board for $120?

Did you try reinstalling the power connections?
I had an Asus 4 pin power MB that didn't like any 8 pin PS, go figure!

I bought that board from newegg also but i got the NEW board becase the open box does not include any thing such as the I/O sheild, SLI bridge, Cables, and so on. Yeah it should havce the light on by the pci slot at all times. if not check your psu, and if its good RMA the board.
