Need a good 939 board

I have become in charge of a college club server currently running an Asus A8N-SLI Deluxe, trouble is that the board has been RMA'd 4 times already, and is a constantly breaking hunk of junk.

The only requirement is that it can take a socket 939 4400 x2 (I think thats what it is, 2.2 ghz), has 4 DDR 1 RAM slots, and can support 5 or more SATA drives. This board doesn't even have to overclock.

I just need something reliable, and relatively cheap. If a server board fits this description, then all the better.
