Default Which motherboard is better?

This http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16813131249 or http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16813135075

I'm planning on buying an X2 5000+ black edition to go along with the motherboard. If both are bad please do post another board that is better for around the same price. If you think you know a better one please also post that. Thanks.

i suppose the main reason of buying a x2 5000+ BE is to overclock better. Then why going cheap mobos like these which are definitely going to hold the OCing ability of the proc.

EDIT: 780G based boards have good onboard graphics i know. But i have bad memories of ECS bords thats all.
