Default AMD 939 64 Mother Board Wanted [ or do I ]

I have a AMD 939 processor and am finding it hard to get a new MOBO
as they seem to be out of date

I it worth getting a new 939 mobo
or just move on and get and get a new Intel processor and mobo
and the works ?????

Depending on what AMD 939 CPU you have and whether you have to attain some DDR RAM would be the consideration.
DDR400 or if you can find it DDR500 anf if you need it will kill the deal due to cost.

So unless you have some good RAM and a solid OCing x2 939, its time to move on.

OK Thats what I thought

I will have to rebuild from scratch

does anyone have any suggestions

All I will keep is my 2 CD/DVD drives

budget say $ 1200
will need several Hard drives with plento a storage space

Get a new athlon 64 x2 or move to intel 939 is not the best for the price
