I have had a terrible experience with MSI, 1 motherboard 2 RMA's, 1 dead PCIE slot, next a dead LAN port. Also a MSI vid card that died out of the blue, RMA'd it got back a new one with a beat up heatsink. Never again will I buy MSI. I have had 4 ASUS boards over the coarse of 5 years, not a single RMA yet.

Neither...you need to wait until Foxconn releases the Digital Life with the new AMD southbridge. The current ones are okay but not worth it since the new ones have way more features and cost the same amount.
