I would go Asus, because they have good costumer service, and the boards look cooler xD.

Depends, the K9A2 Plat supports 4 Vid cards and the Asus only 3.
The DFI is real cheap and good I hear.

I have both the Asus M3A32-MVP and MSI K9A2 Platinum. I have never used the MSI MB and not sure I want to since my Asus MB runs great...
They both Support 4 PCI-e cards. But the MSI can handle 4 dual slot cards and the Asus can take 3 dual slot or 2 duals and 2 single slot cards.. Think I'll stay with the Asus.. Rock Solid, Heart Touching
