Did you get the CMOS removal tool with your MB?
If by chance it looks as though its not sitting in the socket square (true flat with respect to the socket), power down and try to push on it to properly seat it. If its still not sitting square, remove it and re-seat it.
You could even try to re-seat it even if it looks square to the socket.

Sorry for the late reply, been busy for the last few days.
I disassembled my rig a few days ago, and found a few slightly bent pins on the cpu. Of course then I tried to fix it, which lead to breaking a few other pins....
Which now is going to be replaced with this one(hopefully it will arrive soon):
http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll...m=180264278262

If the problem doesn't go away, I'm going to run a memtest next. If it passes, the bios is going to be replaced. Then if that still doesn't work, I could say its either the mobo itself or the psu.

Darken, if that doesn't help then it has to be the BIOS. By the way nice find on the 3000+. That price is awesome

An invaluable tool for flashing the BIOS on DFI boards is the Tmod BIOS CD; it has virtually every official and BETA BIOSes for all the DFI boards

I'll run memtest on each of the sticks on saturday, if it passes on both sticks, then I think I have a bad cpu
Didn't read any further posts than this one, but have the same problem from time to time, and all I do to fix it is flick the power switch a couple of times on my power supply. If that doesn't work try and reseat your GPU (with the power off obviously)

*EDIT*

Just read your CPU post... sorry to hear about your CPU, but what a price! LOL
A shame it's a Winchester... they're known not to OC a lot.

Make sure you sandpaper the hole, and then put some U rubber over it to avoid sharp edges. Put some grease around the newly drilled hole, and then screw your computer, screw it hard. Maybe install some UV lights and turn em up to indicate that your computer is also excited.

FpS-Sean, I believe all CR2032 batteries run at the same voltage. I would stick with that same model battery just to be safe.

Good luck
