Default Hybrid SLi boards?

i've been looking at these mobos for about a week. i've decided on this as i won't have to buy another graphics card as i only want it for internet nothing too demanding. I've got an AMD Athlon X2 4200 to put on it and 1GB of ram. i was looking at the XFX board with the Geforce 8200 onboard. anyone delved down this way as of yet????

Get the NVIDIA 8200 or AMD 780G chipsets. Both are very efficient and have the most powerful onboard video (~1100 3DMark06 with that processor). Either one is fine but I perfer the 780G.

No... more selection on the 780G and better video quality reputation.

I've heard great things about the 780G. In fact, I read a review somewhere and the onboard video on the 780G actually outperformed the budget video card in a HTPC doing HD video. I don't have a clue where I saw that now, so I don't have any proof of that, but there is a great selection of those boards, and they're even priced pretty well too. I'd vote the 780G.

Thats my 2 cents.

System: Waiting for custom case to finish.

Things like that are usually driver related, rather than hardware. Try getting the most recent drivers and see if that clears up the problem.

Oh and congrats on the purchase, glad everything (well, everything else) is working for you.
