OK. You need to try a bios update. Or go back one revision and load it from a USB stick. If that doesn't work you may have a bad stick of RAM. Try putting in some RAM from another computer and see if it works.

I havev tried out my brothers PSU which is 550W

His video card, which is a 7300GT

Same result...

Maybe the mobo is just dead?

But would it beep and power all the fans on if it was dead?

Have you tried reseating the CPU? Same thing happened to me before and it was fixed when I took off the HSF and pulled the chip from the socket and then placed it back it. Don't know why it was solved but it somehow worked.

good evening cyber monkey! i might have a suggestion for you, my system does the same thing when im trying to overcolck, the monitor shows the no signal light, ( it goes from blue to green on mine), what i do is press the reset button 3 times pretty quickly, and then it boots, with a message saying something about it not liking the overclock settings, then i reboot again and im away, let me know if this works for you!

I have reseated everything.

Today i am going to take the mobo out of the case and reassemble the whole computer.

Let's see if it'll work.

The mobo recognizes when i have no CPU in there or no RAM.

Because it beeps differently.
