It won't post, but everything boots up, after i start it up about 10 seconds later there is a long beep, not like the normal beep when it boots up normally.
__________________I tried clearing the cmos... No luck yet. Right now i have only the keyboard, power, and monitor hooked up. I have an Abit KN9. All the stuff is in my sig. Anyone have any clues? I tried booting with only one stick of ram and in different slots, no luck yet. Ok, i just put the ram in the 3rd slot, it posts, beeped and it booted normal. I am going to try it with both of my ram sticks in and everything plugged in.

Try putting everything at stock speeds (assuming you did when you reset CMOS) if you haven't already. Try taking everything out of your case and putting together only the components essential to run. Sometimes just reseating can fix these kind of problems.
Edit looks like you may have fixed it already, good luck.

Did everything work when you put the second ram module back in? Try checking what the beep code means (check out this link for that)It sounds like it could be a ram problem, or a mobo problem. Try taking the rig down to the bare basics and then start adding things one at a time, that should help you track down what the problem is.
Oh and do you have your CPU plugged straight into the wall, or running through a UPS or surge protector? If you had a power spike it could have fried something (like if you had a blackout, or a thunderstorm that was really close reciently).

If its a loud and continuous beep make sure your GPU is getting enough power, I remember I forgot to plug mine in and it screamed at me until I shut it down. A good possibility that your PSU is dying on you.

I noticed you said the monitor doesn't display anything. You can get a beep code if the graphics card isn't seated properly. Also try moving the RAM to the other 2 slots if that doesn't work.
