Default Which Motherboard?

Which motherboard would you guys think be would be better ? An Ecs 580x Ka3 or .. a Gigabyte GA-M57SLI-S4 ECS board is from Ebay and the SLI board is from shifty on OCN... what would you guys think be better? They are both in my price range thanks for the help!

ECS has a really bad reputation... you just have a higher likelyhood that the ECS board will 1) not work and 2) not OC well.

I'd go with the gigabyte.

I would go with Gigabyte, they make great boards, and they are direct competitors with ASUS.

thanks again logan ! but.. that ecs board sure is looking good... i guess ill have to go with the gigabyte and buy the ecs board if i want crossfire for cheap

Ok here is another link to a ECS board... I know its not the same board... but this one is actually owned by a friend of mine... we still havn't figured it out actually.

And while I say they have a bad reputation, you could still get lucky and get a perfectly fine board... you're just more luckly to have a good experience with the gigabyte, even though it does cost a bit more.
