Noobdown, here are a couple of reviews on the GA-MA78GM-S2H:

http://www.neoseeker.com/resourcelink.html?rid=152067
http://www.cpu3d.com/review/4283-1/g...roduction.html
http://www.overclockersclub.com/revi...a78gms2h/7.htm

Judging by the screenshot in this link, the overclocking options are quite intuitive for a Gigabyte board.

I built a machine for a friend of mine that uses this motherboard but unfortunately I did not have time to test the overclocking capabilities but so far it has been a solid performer in terms of reliability.

In my opinion both manufacturers are great!

Good luck with your purchase

Noobdown, here is a decent review on the MSI K9A2 CF: http://www.digit-life.com/articles3/...2-cf-790x.html.

The 790X and 790FX chipsets are much a like. The 790FX chipset typically has four PCI-E 16x slots which is 8x/8x/8x/8x in crossfire mode. The 790X only comes with two PCI-E slots(16x and 8x). The 790FX also comes with more SATA ports.

Hope that helps

Well, between those two, I would definitely say the gigabyte, in my opinion, its the best 780g mobo out there.

Also, if you're looking for something a little cheaper, check out these two.

The Biostar Tforce 720. THis is the board that I have. Its been very good to me, and has all of the requirements that you asked for. I havn't pushed it very hard yet, but its taken my 4600 brisbane to 2.88GHz on stock volts, and has alot of options in the BIOS (as well as integrated memtest). If you search for my name under the reviews, you'll see what I had to say about it.
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16813138117

And the Foxconn 780g. This board looks really amazing for the price range, but I cant tell you much about the OCin that it might, or might not do, but foxconn usually makes some pretty solid boards, so I see no reason why this should be any different.

I know these two boards are a little more "budget" than most people here go with... but like I said, mine has been great, and I havn't run into any limits with it yet.

Just thought I would throw some more options out there.

Good luck with your purchase.
