I'd go with the Foxconn... I've had a lot of bad luck with ECS.

I have the Foxconn and have no beefs with it except mine (same for all?) didn't come with screws/standoffs. OC'd my 4000+ to 2.8ghz (Orthos stable) with 0 voltage adjustments. The Foxconn programs are actually pretty decent; you can change the BIOS boot logo with which it autoresizes to fit, check temps/voltages in windows, and of coarse update everything related to the motherboard. Comes with 90 days free Norton Internet Security, if you are into that sort of thing. Boots pretty fast too, was like 15 Mississippi's after a fresh install.
This has some pics of BIOS/Contents/OC: http://www.overclock.net/amd-motherb...ood-ocing.html * The only other thing is, CPU-Z reads RAM voltage instead of vcore (figured that out yesterday). That is a problem with CPU-Z though and not the mobo itself. *note: My opinion might have changed on some stuff in the link now that I've been using it longer.

They make boards for a lot of OEMs and I believe they are in all of the new consoles? Don't quote me on that though. Basically, yes.
edit: here we go... http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Foxconn#Products

I plan on installing the my 8600 gts card, is that gonna work with the Hybrid technology with the integrated card or does the card have to be ATI for the hybrid to work?
