enable optical output on asus crosshair?
Hello,
How can i enable optical output on asus crosshair? do i need some drivers? REP+ for help

i'm not quite sure, as i haven't used it. however, i believe if you go to control panel and select "sound", then select "digital output" and then you can configure it's settings.
__________________but yes, you'll need the current drivers for the sound card on the crosshair mobo.

Controle Panel--->Hardware and Sound---->Sound(Manage Audio Devices)---->Double Click Speakers---->Custom---->Tick (Enable Digital IO Box).

What drivers do i need? I have tryed useing the ones fron asus' website but i keep getting a error about a missing file. God knows how many times i have downloaded it. If anyone can get me the drivers REP+.
