Default [Review] Foxconn A79A-S motherboard.
Today I got my Foxconn A79A-S (790fx+Sb750) motherboard from Fedex. I couldn't belive how heavy the box is. Foxconn outdid themselfs with the box and packaging. Well here are some board shots to start off with.


The box. Its a little wierd, Its looks like a femmine guy dancing.


The box opens up and reveals the features of the board.


The back of the box.


The board. I was a little suprised it didn't come wrapped in a anti-static bad. But under it has a anti-static foam layer.


The accessories tucked away in it own compartment under the board.


The big VRM heatsink. And mosfets.


The PCIe and PCI layout. PCIe 2.0 16x16x8x8 for crossfire x.


SB heatsink, With debuging LED, Also has awsome on/off, reset, and clear cmos switches.


The board came with a poster. As seen here.

I tried amd overdrive with this board an it froze my whole comp. Not sure if it was cause it had a 6000+ in it though. I would go through the bios on this board it's a good bios easy to use aswell. Love this board does everything i tell it to
