Default ASUS M3A79-T Deluxe with 1066 ram.

I know there was a problem running this MB with 1066 ram in all slots. Does anyone know if this problem is fixed or not. Don't really want to have to buy new ram just cuz I have four sticks and need only two to run 1066. Any help would be great thanks.

I've been running 4 gb's of 1066 Ballistix since the day I bought my M3A79-T and I'm still on the stock bios. I have had no problems from my memory, have even had it running at 1256 mhz.

You have to make sure you give the ram enough voltage. Most of DDR2 1066 ram runs at 2.0-2.2v. Also, you need to manually set the timings of the ram.
