i contacted foxconn about this... its only with certain ram type of ocz that this is a prob.

i had the 2 gig kit of the fatal1ty series installed and it had a problem.

however i got the 4 gig kit instead and upgraded my bios to the p05 update foxconn suggested and put in my timings manually and voila... presto ram worked fine.

anyways foxconn said they are aware of this bug and are working on it for the next bios release. and they assured me all performance and gaming ram from ocz will be supported.

i am assuming the next update will be a big one... cuz of the am3 support deadline looming near.

I Just got one of these boards and should be here tomorrow along with the phenom II 940! Gonna throw it on the test bench under the cold (around -50c) and compare it with the 9950BE with the pair of hd4870x2's. Should have an i7 the following week after to compare the 3 against!
